Language services for documents that have to survive scrutiny
Each service line has its own scope, deliverable and pricing basis. This page sets out all three, so you know exactly what you are buying before you request a quotation.
Six things we do
Sworn translation
Translation stamped and signed by a ministry-certified sworn translator, with a statement of conformity on every file. This is the form courts, notaries, immigration authorities, banks and embassies ask for.
- Deliverable: wet-stamped hard copy plus digital file
- Pricing basis: per finished page
- Typical use: corporate legality, contracts, judgments, diplomas
Professional translation
For material that needs high accuracy but no legal force. Handled by a subject-matter translator, then reviewed by a native speaker before delivery.
- Deliverable: digital file in its original format
- Pricing basis: per finished page
- Typical use: company profiles, internal reports, training material
Legalisation & Apostille
We run the certification chain after translation: notary, Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, foreign embassies in Jakarta, or Apostille for convention states.
- Deliverable: document carrying every required certification
- Pricing basis: per document, per agency
- Typical use: expansion, entity registration, cross-border tenders
Interpreting
Consecutive interpreters for board meetings, due diligence, factory audits, notarial signings and hearings before official bodies.
- Deliverable: on-site or remote attendance
- Pricing basis: per day or half day
- Typical use: negotiations, inspections, notarial deeds
High-volume projects
Sets running from hundreds to thousands of pages, with a named project owner, a locked glossary, staged delivery and scheduled progress reporting.
- Deliverable: staged delivery against an agreed schedule
- Pricing basis: rate card with volume tiers
- Typical use: due diligence, litigation, documentation migration
Annual framework agreements
A standing arrangement for companies with recurring needs: locked rates, reserved capacity and an SLA with a named escalation path.
- Deliverable: framework agreement with a rate schedule
- Pricing basis: rates locked for the contract term
- Typical use: corporate groups, law firms, representative offices
What we do not do
Stating the limits matters as much as stating the coverage — so you do not spend time on a quotation that was never going to fit.
- We do not issue sworn translation into languages that have no registered sworn translator in Indonesia. Where that applies, we say so up front and propose an alternative route that is still legally accepted.
- We do not deliver unedited machine output as sworn translation. The reason is legal, not stylistic.
- We do not alter document content. If the source is wrong, we translate it as it stands and add a translator's note rather than silently correcting it.
- We do not promise government agency turnaround. Legalisation queues are outside our control, so we give ranges rather than guarantees.
