What we handle, and which languages we cover
If your document is on this list, we have handled that form before. If it is not, send a sample anyway — the list is what gets asked for most, not a boundary.

Twelve active languages, into and out of Indonesian
The right-hand line shows whether a registered sworn translator is available for that language. Where none exists, we set out an alternative route that receiving authorities still accept.
Languages outside the list
For other languages we check registered sworn-translator availability and come back within one working day. Where Indonesia has no sworn translator for a language, two routes are commonly accepted: translating into English first as a relay language, or obtaining certification at that country's embassy in Jakarta.
What we accept and what we return
| Type | Accepted in | Returned as |
|---|---|---|
| Text documents | DOCX, PDF, ODT, RTF, TXT | DOCX and PDF |
| Spreadsheets | XLSX, CSV | XLSX with column structure preserved |
| Presentations | PPTX | PPTX with layout preserved |

| Print layouts | InDesign, AI (on request) | Print-ready PDF |
| Sworn files | — | Wet-stamped signed hard copy plus digital copy |
Scanned documents and locked PDFs can still be counted. We convert them into editable text first, then send you a page count to approve — that conversion is not billed separately.
Send one sample document, get a fixed-price quotation.
Our quoting team reads your document, counts finished pages, and locks the price before any work begins.
