Pricing

Rates and how volume is counted

How much does sworn translation cost per page?

From IDR 50,000 per page for English, IDR 170,000 for Korean, IDR 180,000 for Mandarin Chinese, IDR 200,000 for Arabic, IDR 220,000 for Japanese, and IDR 230,000 for German, French, Spanish, Dutch and Italian. The full table is on the pricing page.

How is a page counted?

A finished page is A4, Courier New 12 point, 1-inch margins on all four sides, double spaced. That format holds roughly 200 to 250 words. The count is taken from the translated output rather than the source, because text length changes across languages.

Does one sheet of paper equal one page?

Not necessarily. A single dense sheet of a notarial deed can become two or three finished pages, while a certificate is often under one page and is rounded up to one. We always send the page count before starting, never after.

Do rates differ by direction?

No. Both directions carry the same rate for every language on our rate card.

Is there volume pricing?

Yes, across three tiers: from 50 pages, from 200 pages, and annual framework agreements. The size of the reduction depends on language mix, repetition across the set and deadline flexibility, and it is itemised in the quotation with the basis shown.

Operations

Questions from procurement and finance

Can you invoice a corporate entity?

Yes. Invoices are issued to your corporate entity with the purchase order number carried through. Tell us your billing requirements at the quote request stage so the format is right from the outset.

Which payment methods and currencies do you accept?

Bank transfer and PayPal, in Rupiah or foreign currency including USD, EUR, SGD, JPY, CNY and THB. The conversion rate applied appears on the invoice.

We need to register you as an approved vendor. Is that possible?

Yes. We keep a vendor registration pack containing corporate legality documents, sworn translator certificates, a sample non-disclosure agreement and a description of our document handling process. Mention it in your quote request.

Can documents be delivered in stages as we release them?

Yes, and on large projects we recommend it. Staged delivery lets your team start reviewing earlier and leaves room to align terminology before the whole set is finished.

What if our deadline changes mid-project?

Tell us as early as possible. If the schedule is pulled forward, we recalculate capacity and state the cost consequence first. If it moves back, there is no additional charge.

Do you work with clients outside Indonesia?

Yes. Most documents are sent and delivered digitally, so location is not an obstacle. Wet-stamped hard copies ship to any address by international courier with tracking.
