From quote request to stamped files on your desk
The workflow is built so a procurement team can locate the job at any moment, and so nothing surprising happens at the final stage — neither on cost nor on date.
The standard sequence
-
Quote request
You send documents or a representative sample, state the language pair, intended use and deadline. Where documents are confidential, the non-disclosure agreement is signed before any file moves.
-
Scope analysis
We count finished pages, flag sections needing layout rebuilding, and check whether further legalisation is required for the destination country.
-
Written quotation
Itemised by component, with the total, delivery date, validity period and the assumptions used. On working days the quotation normally goes out the same day.
-
Approval and order
You issue a purchase order or approve the quotation in writing. Your order number is carried on every delivery and billing document.
-
Translation and glossary lock
A sworn translator in the relevant field works to the approved glossary. On large projects delivery is staged so your team can start reviewing early.
-
Quality check
A second editor verifies terminology, figures, names, dates and page completeness against the source before the stamp and signature go on.
-
Delivery and onward certification
The digital copy goes first for review. Wet-stamped hard copies follow, or feed straight into the legalisation chain where that is part of the scope.
